  If we have financed your home, this is the event you have been waiting for and we have been working toward!  It is the time we sit down, or pop champagne in some cases, and sign the necessary documents to transfer the ownership of your new home into your name.  Both buyer and seller usually have a legal representative present, along with a title company, and your lender’s mortgage funds.  So bring the party favors and enough snacks for everyone.  This is the time your home truly becomes yours, and is the finish line for your custom home!  This of course doesn't mean we're parting ways, as we will be there to warrant your home and support you as you take possession.
