Design Your Home
One of the early steps in building your home is working with our architect to design your home. You will have the opportunity to define the key components that are important to how you and your family want your home to be. Exterior look and finish, interior style, design, materials and size as well as room sizes and placements.
If you have engaged an interior designer, we will include them in this process too. Examples of options you may want to discuss include tray and/or coffered ceilings, built-in cabinets or bookcases near your fireplace, window seats in children’s rooms, wainscoting, porch design, brick or stone exterior finishes.
The best thing about designing a custom home, is you have the ability to select and choose features and materials which make your home truly yours. Because your home will be custom built, your options available to you are limited only by your imagination!
