   One of the last things we do prior to handing you the keys to your new home is to apply the final coat of sealer on your hardwood floors.  We wait until near the very end of the project to apply the final coat, to protect the finish coat from damage that could occur during the construction process.  When the time is right we will have our hardwood floor trade partner polish the floor and apply the top coat of protective finish, bringing out their natural beauty and making the hardwood floors ready for move in!
