Structural Steel
Just like Paris' Eiffel Tower, your new home will have structural steel supporting the frame to help ensure it is structurally sound for decades to come.
Known as "I" beams, the steel support beams are set and installed with a crane spanning the distance between the basement foundation walls in areas that require additional support to carry the load of the home. The first floor joists rest upon the basement I-beams.
We install only the highest quality steel support beams, sized appropriately for your new home to insure its structural integrity.
